Mark S. Perla

Mark graduated from U.B. Law School and has been practicing for nearly 25 years. Mark served 10 years as an Assistant District Attorney, where he tried numerous cases with juries and handled dozens of investigations.
Mark also spent 10 years in the United States Attorney's Office in Buffalo. He was promoted to Supervisor of the Civil Division, where he oversaw the handling of 100s of bodily injury and other civil cases on behalf of the United States Government. While serving as an Assistant U. S. Attorney, Mark recovered a record $7.5 Million in a case against an oil company.
Mark then became Erie County Court Judge. After leaving the bench, Mark joined his brothers at Perla & Perla LLP. Mark currently has offices in Buffalo and Clarence. |
