Jeffrey A. Perla’s practice is limited to the area of personal injury litigation on behalf of the injured. Jeff is a member of the Erie County and New York State American Bar Associations. He is also a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the New York Trial Lawyers Association, and its Western New York Affiliate. Jeff is the recipient of the Erie County Trial Lawyers Award for outstanding performance in trial technique. In his 27 years of practice, Jeff has handled hundreds of personal injury cases and has had numerous multi-million dollar recoveries including a 3.2 million dollar recovery for a young Buffalo woman that was severely injured in a car accident, a 2.1 million dollar jury verdict to a Lancaster woman that was injured when a tractor-trailer backed into her, and a recovery of 2.1 million dollars for the estate of an Amherst couple that was killed in a thruway accident. Jeff has also recovered millions of dollars for workers’ injured in on-the-job accidents including a recent award of $999, 000 for a Lancaster roofer, $900,000 to a Williamsville surveyor, and $680,000 to an Elma construction worker. |
